Sessions will start with a check in consultation. We discuss where things are at and what maybe required on that day. This is followed by delivery of the chosen service/s

Full Sessions are up to 75 mins long. Brief coaching calls can be up to 30 mins long.

Services are tailored to your individual needs. The Integrated addresses multiple aspects of a client's life and physicality. Therefore, a combination of services is often required.

Yes. Each client receives a FREE 15 min consultation. This allows us to discuss your needs and see if the Integrated approach is for you.

The first consultaion (15 minutes) is free. This gives us a chance to chat about your needs, ask any questions, and I can give you an idea of how I can assist.

After that, single sessions (which are 75 minutes) are $135 but this varies depending on how many sessions you require per week during a 4 week program block. Long-term programs are broken down into 4-week blocks.

Physical locations are on the Sunshine Coast, Qld. Either onsite, in-home or via video/phone call.

For physical training sessions, bring a towel, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and water.

For non physical coaching, a pen and paper is recommended.

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

Yes. Most services are available via phone or video call, from anywhere in Australia and most international countries.

You can even set up your phone in the gym or your own workout space and be coached via video call.

If you're flying in from interstate or overseas, longer sessions can arranged or even up to 3 day intensives. These are broken up into smaller blocks of work, including lunch and breaks, in-between sessions.
